it was our first time out to Palm Springs for a golf trip we needed to burn some time before we checked into our Airbnb. I was looking for a place where I could see our car while we dined since we had our luggage and golf clubs in the vehicle. we chose bubba's cuz it had an outdoor seating area where you can view the parking lot and you can also feel the parking lot from inside the restaurant also. we had a large group and I called ahead to make a reservation and they had a table ready for us when we arrived on a Saturday at : p.m. we ordered a bunch of different types of food The blue cheese chips were really good if you like blue cheese we also ordered the wings and the stuff wontons. I had the western burger and I added brisket to it which was pretty tasty. The barbecue meats were pretty good here but we've had Texas barbecue which was phenomenal. it's a great place to go for food and drinks. service was really good even though they were a bit overwhelmed and slow a bit but we totally understood that they seem to be slightly understaffed which was okay we had time to burn we and were in no rush. are server apologized many times for not being able to service faster which was okay. I will come back here again for some food it's pretty good.

We are visiting from out of town and found this BBQ spot. For the locals, this is a gem that hopefully you are trying. For visitors this is definitely a spot to try. The pulled pork was tender and flavorful. Corn bread and baked beans were super. different bbq sauces to choose from - sweet to spicy.They also have a decent beer & drink menu. They have of their own beers on tap. While they do not do taps they did let me try their beers. All were tasty.Friendly and attentive service. Again a high recommendation for this place.

Quick SummaryGreat barbecue in a dive bar/brewery spot. Would recommend the Bubba's Feast to try multiple proteins and sides. My favorites were the pulled pork and brisket.Food- starsWe got lucky and they gave us extra meat on the Bubba's Feast. Also tried the Korean Ribs and Blue Cheese ChipsBlue Cheese chips- these were good and I loved them because I'm a huge blue cheese fanKorean ribs- these were good but pretty standard. It's not the traditionalshort rib, but still decentBubba's Feast- this included pounds of meat, large sides, salad and bread. We tried the Kielbasa sausage, Louisiana Hot Sausage, brisket, and pulled pork. By far, the brisket and pulled pork were the best. The brisket isn't the best in the world, but juicy and plenty of flavor. The pulled pork was the best protein of the mealCorn on the cob, sidewinder fries, and corn on the cob- all of these sides were good. I recently dined at this restaurant and was blown away by the food. The Mac & Cheese brisket egg roll was incredible—crispy on the outside and filled with creamy, cheesy goodness. My boyfriend and I also ordered the Korean-style ribs, which were tender and bursting with flavor, and the onion rings were perfectly crunchy. We shared a combo of pork ribs and beef brisket, both of which were incredibly juicy and succulent. Each dish was packed with taste, making for an unforgettable meal. Highly recommend!
